Rick is a former broker-owner and principal and has listed, sold, assisted, and brokered thousands of transactions. He maintains his active broker license. Our Team

TMS Transaction Coordinators understand that Real Estate is a 24/7 business. As a pre-requisite, we only hire experienced brokers and agents to work on your deals. Licensed agents are always within arms reach of a mobile phone. Our TCs are no different. When time is of the essence, we can step in and assist when you need us to speak with a client, originate a document, or perform a task that a non-licensed TC cannot do. You may think of us more as your assistant.

Our goal is to lighten your workload and create an environment that gives you:
